Refund Policy
The league incurs costs to process payments as well as up-front costs in advance of each season to plan for items such as uniforms, equipment, etc.  The following Refund Policy is in effect:

• Refund requests made prior to the registration deadline (date that the late starts) will be honored less at no charge (less any credit card service fees). 
  
• Refunds requested after the regular registration deadline (date that the late starts)  but before the the first player draft for that player's division will be honored at a 50% rate (less any credit card service fees). 
  
• No refund is the first player draft for that player's division. No exceptions.

Check Return Policy
Any check payable to APB that is returned will incur a $25 fee. 

Force Majeure
Agoura Pony Baseball will not be liable for any default or delay in the performance of its obligations if, and to the extent, such default or delay is caused by an event (including fire, flood, terrorism, pestilence, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, riots, or civil disorders).
