    This year instead of giving the coaches the time slots and asking them to find someone on their team to volunteer, we are using a website where you can schedule yourself when it is convenient for you to volunteer. After signing up for two one hour shifts, at the end of the season you will be reimbursed your  $25.

·         It is imperative that if you sign up for a shift that you show up. It is NOT fair to the snack shack employees as they will then be short-staffed. 

·         To be eligible to work in the snack shack, you must be at least 18 years old. Also, another thing to keep in mind is that there are NO CHILDREN allowed in the snack shack under any circumstances.

·         To work on the BBQ you MUST have BBQ experience grilling hot dogs and hamburgers

 

·         Once you have clicked on the icon, it will take you to the appointment plus website and on the left side of the page, you will click on the drop down box titled select volunteer service where you will choose either snack shack volunteer or BBQ.

·         Then you will be taken to another page called appointment locator. There, you will then be able to click on the day that you desire to volunteer

·         Then click in the box next to the time that works best for you

·         Then fill out the first time user information or returning user if it is your second time signing up

o   Make sure you remember your user name and password !!!

·         Then click finalize appointment

·         Then you will be taken to a page which confirms your appointment as well as it gives you a list of your existing appointments.

·         You are done!!!
