Every Agoura Pony Baseball teams must have a sponsor. The cost is $475. Checks with the completed sponsorship form must be delivered to your division director prior to uniforms being issued.

The information (completed form) needs to match the check for our records and appropriate recognition. 

Field banner sponsors are not team sponsors. Prices are not subject to negotiation.
 SPONSORSHIPS 2010
Agoura PONY Baseball is a nonprofit corporation that provides an opportunity for approximately 800 young people to play baseball. It is an all-volunteer organization that requires the participation of players, families, friends, and the local business community to operate. Agoura Pony Baseball's success depends upon the involvement of everyone, both in terms of time and money.

This year's registration fee includes a fundraiser. These monies are an integral part of the money needed to operate APB. However, the registration and fundraiser only covers about 80% of the actual cost for each player's participation during the season. The additional 20% comes from funds generated through sponsorships and other fundraising activities, including tournaments and the Snack Shack.

The 2009 season was very successful. Although our fields are on public facilities, APB has to rent those fields and maintain them. These costs in 2009 exceeded $150,000! There are numerous other expenses, including uniforms, equipment, umpires, and insurance.

Money raised through our Sponsorship program is an integral part of the money needed to operate your baseball program. Each team must have a sponsor prior to being issued uniforms. This sponsor may be from individuals, business, or often comes from several or all parents who come together as co-sponsors.

This year's sponsorship fee is $475 for each team sponsor. We also have a program available for field banner sponsors where an advertising sign is placed on any field for $300.
